The laser cut precision provided by pre-manufacturing, together with the unique plug-and-play connection system, not only reduces assembly time on site but also prevents costly leaks.

Traditional fixed fire suppression solutions require cutting, threading, welding and painting of the pipes used, and once installed become a permanent fixture without any future flexibility.

The layout of the system is predesigned to ensure maximum efficacy and then checked before installation on site. The modular system can be easily dismantled and moved based on the changing environment. Particularly when installed in racking which could be moved due to a move to new premises, or expansion or restructuring of existing premises.

Advanced Fire Global’s Pre-Designed Sprinkler Sprayer System requires no manufacturing operations such as drilling, welding, corrosion prevention and/or painting, as the system is a bolt-together type system that assembles quickly and easily.

It is a “One Size Fits All” type system – the components have been designed to fit both racking systems and roof grid systems at the same time – Two problems, one solution!

Designed to meet the requirements of High Hazard type rack structure protection systems – the same pipe that protects a rack system very easily becomes a pipe that will protect a roof structure.

Furthermore, our Racking System has the added benefit of being easily moveable and reusable with minimum cost, redesign and on-site modification works, thus saving Clients time and money, as their requirements change over time.

When used in racking structures the System has been pre-designed to meet Fire Hazard Categories 1, 2 and 3 and can be easily adapted to meet Category 4 by simply adding the required extra outlet holes.
